19 November – Mapathon
Join us for a mapathon to support humanitarian organizations working on the ground. No prior mapping experience required – just bring your laptop and mouse, and we’ll provide the training, snacks, and drinks.
20 November – Online meeting: gender bias and participation in OpenStreetMap
Participate in our online panel discussion exploring gender bias and participation patterns in OpenStreetMap. Featuring insights from leading experts in the field, this session will examine challenges and opportunities for creating a more inclusive mapping community.
21 November – Critical Mapping Workshop
Benjamin Herfort leads an interactive workshop exploring alternative mapping practices and critical perspectives on geographic information.
