Our team is currently looking for:
Student Assistant (m/f/d) for Assistance with the Development of Websites and Web Map Applications
Your tasks will be to support the openrouteservice team in the further development of our website (openrouteservice.org) and our web client (maps.openrouteservice.org). The tasks primarily deal with software development using web frameworks (VueJS). Part of the tasks is dealing with git, npm, HTML, CSS and JavaScript with the aim of implementing new features or maintaining and improving existing features. With our work we create freely accessible applications with a focus on humanitarian aid, research and non-profit. The language will mostly be English, in exceptional cases German.
Expertise (may be beneficial but is not a requirement):
- Touch typing
- Git, JavaScript, VueJS
