Openrouteservice ist eine open-source Lösung für Mobilitätsanalysen, die öffentlich verfügbare Daten von OpenStreetMap nutzt. Neben der zentralen Plattform für Routenplanung und Erreichbarkeitsanalysen umfasst openrouteservice ein buntes Ökosystem an Dienstleistungen und Tools, die eine reibungslose Integration in diverse Projekte ermöglichen. Wir sind bestrebt, unsere Dienste und unsere Forschung für alle öffentlich verfügbar zu halten. Die Funktionalitäten von openrouteservice können in unserem Kartenclient frei erkundet werden.

Openrouteservice für Disastermanagement

Openrouteservice für Disastermanagement unterstützt humanitäre Hilfe in katastrophenanfälligen Regionen durch die Bereitstellung von aktuellen Routinginformationen. Obwohl das Tool zur Zeit nur als Demo verfügbar ist, ermöglichen kontinuierlich aktualisierte und angereicherte OSM-Daten bereits kritische Straßennetzwerkanalysen. Wir werden auch in Zukunft weiter an dem Tool arbeiten und es mit Hilfe von direktem Nutzer-Feedback noch besser an ihre Bedürfnisse anpassen.

Zugang zu Gesundheitsversorgung

Mithilfe von Isochronen-Methoden analysiert OpenAccessLens die Einzugsgebiete von Gesundheitseinrichtungen, um deren Erreichbarkeit und Versorgungskapazitäten zu ermitteln. Durch die Auswertung von Geodaten und Reisezeiten hilft die Plattform dabei, die Bevölkerungsgruppen zu identifizieren, die Zugang zu diesen Einrichtungen haben. Dies unterstützt die Planung und Ressourcenallokation für eine verbesserte Gesundheitsversorgung.

Nachhaltige Mobilität

Die meinGrün Web-Applikation berechnet Routen, die Wege durch die Natur und Vegetation bevorzugen. Dies fördert ökologisch-nachhaltige Wege und ermöglicht einen engeren Kontakt zur Natur, was insbesondere in Großstädten wichtig ist.

Wir bieten maßgeschneiderte Profile für Laufen und Fahrrad und helfen Nutzenden, ihren CO2-Fußabdruck zu verringern. Diese Profile beinhalten Details zu Steigung und den Straßenbedingungen, wodurch Menschen dazu ermutigt werden, Routen auszusuchen, die ihrem Fitness-Level entsprechen.

Routen zur Vermeidung von Hitze-Stress

Wir bieten auch eine umweltfreundliche, hitzemindernde Routenplanung an. Die App shaded.openrouteservice führt Nutzende weg von sonnenbeschienenen Hauptstraßen und leitet sie stattdessen durch Parks und schattige Bereiche. Die App berechnet diese alternativen Routen auf Basis einer deterministischen Schattenmodellierung. Ursprünglich wurde sie im Rahmen des transdisziplinären Forschungsprojekts HEAL (Hitzeanpassung für vulnerable Bevölkerungsgruppen) entwickelt.
