European Digital Services Act (DSA)
We would like to be informed about illegal content in our applications, services or similar in order to be able to correct such content. We encourage everyone to notify us of any violations of the EU Digital Services Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a single market for digital services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC) (DSA, Digital Services Act).
Contact person
In accordance with Articles 11, 12 DSA, the Compliance Manager has been designated as the contact person for communication with the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission, the European Digital Services Board and users. All communications in this regard should be made in German or English.
Reporting channel and content of the notification
In accordance with Article 16 of the DSA, government representatives, trusted whistleblowers and the general public may use the email reporting channel to submit reports of illegal content in this application, services or similar. If possible, your report should include the following information:
- What is the allegedly illegal content?
- Can you name a category into which the content falls: e.g. illegal hate speech, defamation?
- Why do you think this content is illegal?
- Where can the content be found (please insert a URL)?
- By submitting this report, I certify that the information in this report is accurate and complete.
